National Garden Scheme garden
Mary Lang has very kindly agreed to open her garden to raise funds for Himalayan Children, on Sunday 10th June 2018. Please put this in your 2018 diary now!
Bowdens Farm is in Hambridge, near Langport, and is about 2 acres. It is a peaceful setting with stunning views, and includes a formal garden with mixed herbaceous borders, old fashioned roses, box, yew and pergola smothered in climbers. There is a lily-covered pond with drifts of wild orchid, and flag iris, also a self seeded herb garden, a pretty courtyard garden and a productive kitchen garden. Of course, no Himalayan Children event would be complete without tea and a selection of delicious cakes which you can enjoy seated on lawns amongst maturing trees.
We do hope you will be able to join us, and experience this lovely garden for yourself. More details to follow, nearer the time.

(We suggest a donation of £8 for the gardens, a selection from the delicious tea stall, and a woodland walk)
